Marcus Condo Law works primarily with:
Condominium associations of 30 units or more
Property management companies
Developers building or converting condominiums
Lenders and insurers with condominium-related questions
Attorneys seeking peer consulting or referral support on condominium matters

FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How quickly will I hear back?
We respond to qualified inquiries within one business day. If your matter is time-sensitive — a statute deadline, a board meeting, a closing on the line — note that in your message and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Is the consultation free?
An initial conversation to determine fit and scope is no-cost and no-obligation. If we determine the firm is a fit, we'll discuss engagement terms before any billable work begins.
What information should I include in my message?
A short description of the situation, the role you're contacting us in (board member, manager, attorney, developer, etc.), and any relevant deadlines. Don't share sensitive or confidential details in the form — that's a conversation for after we've confirmed there's no conflict and you've engaged the firm.
Do you work with clients outside Massachusetts?
Marcus Condo Law is licensed and practices primarily in Massachusetts. We work throughout New England on engagements where Massachusetts law applies, and consult with attorneys in other jurisdictions on condominium policy matters.
I'm a unit owner with a dispute against my association. Can you help?
Not directly — the practice is structured around representing associations, managers, and the institutions that work with them. Send a brief note anyway and we'll point you toward a colleague who handles unit owner matters.
